Despite our careful screening of tenants and any resolution attempts, it is sometimes necessary to evict a tenant. Our Property Management services coordinate with an eviction processor who will submit and file the necessary documents with the Clerk of Courts and the County Sheriff’s office. Once the filing is complete, an eviction could take on average, 30 to 45 days to complete, depending on the existing court eviction queue at the time.
