Who We Are

Landrich Property Management, LLC has been managing properties since 2007, by servicing Landrich Real Estate, Inc investor needs. As our customer base grew, our family-owned and operated business has expanded into specializing in residential and commercial portfolios for both foreign and domestic property owners. We service Palm Beach county, Broward county, and Dade county.

We have been entrusted by our clients to manage and oversee their properties through property repairs and renovations, tenant screening and negotiations, leases and evictions, and all other property management related duties.

Our success has been made possible due to the hard work of our knowledgeable team and their steadfast and enduring relationships held with tradesmen; homeowner associations; legal, finance, insurance and real estate professionals; and municipal and county department personnel.
