We use a Real Estate lawyer vetted and approved customized lease agreement, designed to protect your investment with clear and concise language outlining defined responsibilities and expectations of both Landlord and Tenant alike with respect but not limited to the following:

Landrich Property Management LLC works with an eviction processor who submits the necessary documents to file with the Clerk of Courts and County Sheriff’s office. Evictions may take 30-45 days on average from receipt date of filing to a set eviction date, pending on existing court eviction queue at time of filing.

Housing Authority and Urban Development
