Founded in 2007, Landrich Property Management LLC was born out of necessity by servicing the management needs of Investors with properties located throughout Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Dade County, all of which were, and continue to be, purchased through our real estate division at Landrich Real Estate.

As our customer base grew, our family-owned and operated management business expanded into specializing in residential and commercial management portfolios for both foreign and domestic property owners.

We have been entrusted by our investors to manage and oversee their properties through property repairs and renovations, tenant screening and negotiations, leases and evictions, and all other property management related duties.

Our success has been made possible due to the hard work of our knowledgeable team and their steadfast and enduring relationships held with tradesmen; homeowner associations; legal, finance, insurance and real estate professionals; and municipal and county department personnel.
